I received my Bachelors of Arts degree (BA) with majors in sociology and psychology from the University of Toronto. A Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) from Yorkville University.  I have worked in many settings, including academic and within the health care system performing various health related functions, such as healthcare education, group facilitation, general counselling, death and dying counselling and academic counselling.

I have travelled extensively and lived in three different continents (Europe, Africa, North America). I have worked with all age groups, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations. I spent many years in Toronto working with individuals suffering from long-term illnesses. I myself have suffered from a life threatening illness and can personally relate to those struggling to live healthier and more meaningful lives.

Modalities of therapy I practice consist of a combination of Person-Centered Counseling and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

I look forward to your contact and to being of assistance to you during these difficult and challenging times.
